Thank you for visiting my page to raise money in memory of my son, Adam Illingworth.

I will be participating in a boxing day dip to raise money for CLIC Sargent who worked closely with Adam and our family when he was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour aged 5. Adam lived a full and happy life despite facing many obsticles and difficulties along the way he never let it bring him down.

Sadly due to scarring on his brain as a result of undergoing vigourus chemotherapy, radiotherapy and numerous brain operations - Adam developed Epilepsy.

On 6th February 2016, aged 20, Adam was sadly taken from us during an epileptic seizure so now we would like to give back to those who helped him and let the cheeky chappy's memory live on.
