Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am doing the Great North Run as part of 'Team Ford', in memory of Alison Ford who lost her battle with breast cancer in July 2013. Her birthday was 7th September, the day of the Run, so a number of her family, friends and colleagues are doing it in her honour.
I remember Alison from school as clever, witty, vibrant, caring, inspiring. She was a woman of many talents who lived life to the full. My 'running' is still at an early stage so it'll be a slow jog but if you could help us raise some money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer in Alison's memory that would be fantastic.
