As you know I have done work for The Christies charity and raised sponsorship money over the past two years and I have been sponsored again by them to run the Manchester 10k in just under 2 weeks time .  I need to raise a minimum of £200 and hope that all my facebook friends and friends of friends will donate even if only £5 at a time means I need 40 friends to do it , what ever I raise I will also match at the end
