Story

I completed a tandem skydive from 10,000 feet on 6th October!! It was mental!!!!

I want to help raise awareness and to raise vital funds for the awful disease which is Motor Neurone Disease with no cure currently known.

My Aunt Ellie died of MND in May 2012, aged just 63 years old (my Mum's younger sister) and only 18 months after initial diagnosis.

It's a terrible disease where 5 people die every day in the UK but before that it lays waste to the motor neurons that relay signals from the brain to a persons muscles. Movement and speech, breathing and eating become difficult at first, and then impossible, the end result is always fatal.

I'm inspired my cousin Beccy - who is herself undertaking an amazing cycle challenge - see www.becsbigbikeride.com

So please dig deep and donate now.

Kath xx
