Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Those of you that know me know that once I can get into it I actually really like running but life, laziness and a dodgy ankle have got in the way. I took up running six months after the birth of my second child and found it invaluable in managing my mental health. Mental health is a subject close to my heart and I was lucky enough to work for Oxfordshire Mind and see the amazing work they do. It only seemed right to participate in R.E.D January to raise money for such a fantastic cause.
So, I’m taking up the challenge to run every day (or be active) this January, to burn off the thousands of mince pies I have already consumed and raise money in the process! So, if you can spare a few pennies, please do sponsor me!
