I am taking part in the "Sleep Easy" on Saturday 30th January 2010 for YMCA Central Herts raising money for the homeless in Hertfordshire.

The idea of the Sleep Easy is to 'Sleep rough so others don't have to.'

I will be sleeping rough for the night along with up to 100 others to help raise awareness about homelessness and to help raise vital funds for the homeless in Hertfordshire.
