Hi All

It's that time of year again when I "Forest Chillman" run the Adidas Woman's Challenge for AFASIC.  This year I have enlisted my running apprentice Christine Ralph to join me for a 5k stroll in Hyde Park.  I promise that we won't be actually just handing out sandwiches and cold drinks at the event but will be receiving them as we are taking part  !!!

So please dig deep and donate now and for those of you who would like to come and support us on the day (you could be on TV) an end of race refreshment is on the cards!!!
