Story
<p>I'm going out to Uganda over the summer to volunteer in a village, and a school. I'll be in the Mbale region, and I'm going with the ODA, and Little Big Africa.</p>
<p>We'll be making a 10,000 litre water tank in a school, which at the moment doesn't have any nearby water source, which means the kids can get ill just because they can't wash their hands. We're also going to be teaching there, and we'll be working with the community throughout.</p>
<p>In the village, we're builing smokeless stoves, which are better for the health of the people, and also use less wood. As some villagers have to walk up to 12km to get wood, this should make a huge difference to their daily life.</p>
<p>We're also protecting their water source, so that the water gets cleaned, and is safe to drink.</p>
<p>I need to raise the money for ODA to help buy the materials that are going to be needed. It's a non-profit charity, so everything you give will go straight to the village.</p>
