Thank you for supporting West Cornwall Memory Walk this year and raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society. All of the money we raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference. Just £50 will pay for someone with dementia to go to a Dementia Café session every week for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated. And the more we raise, the bigger the difference it will make.
