On this date a lot of people will be running into the sea on a beautiful National Trust beach on the Gower. I will be one of them. We will all be naked (well that's the general idea of a skinny dip I think).

Why am I partaking in this madness? Well to help break a world record, to say I've done it (I've never skinny dipped sadly), and, more importantly, to raise money for charity.
