This year I shall again be cycling from London to Paris over 3 days starting on the 16th September 2010. I shall be cycling 250 miles over a lot of hills! You will be supporting a very worthwhile cause and your sponsorship will be encouraging me to train!

Caravan is the charity for the Grocery industry and we help people who have, through no fault of their own, fallen on hard times and need a bit of help to get by.
