My story

Since June I have become a bit addicted to spinning- this makes me slightly odd! What makes me 100% crazy is that I have now decided to take part in a 5 hour spinathon at my gym in 2 weeks time!

I am really excited about the challenge that has been set but it will be tough and I will look horrific after it ( I will even have my picture taken after it so you can all laugh at me!) so...I would really appreciate it if you kind people would sponsor me just a few pence...or pounds ;) to help spur me on through the challenge!

The money I raise will be going to the charity SAFE@LAST who provide support and outreach to children and young people in South Yorkshire who find themselves forced to run away from home. The charity also provide the only refuge for young runaways outside of London. I have set this page up to make it easy for you to sponsor me if you would like to.
