Hello everyone!

Well I thought my London marathon of 2008 was a one-off, not to be repeated experience.  However, I am a glutton for punishment and here I am 2 years later doing it all over again! 

Thank you to everyone who donated last time and apologies for coming to you again to ask for your sponsorship this time round but if you can dig deep and make a donation it will all go to a great charity.  For those of you who didn't donate/didn't know me in 2008 - well there are just no excuses are there?!

I have 2 main goals in running the 2010 Virgin London Marathon.

1. To beat my 2008 time of 3:57.57. I don't care if I beat it by just 1 second but I really want to beat it!

2. To raise lots of money for the fabulous children's charity Barnardo's.  It really is a wonderful cause and all of your donations will make a huge difference to the great work they do.
