The Wobbleberry Challenge aims to raise money for "Hannah's Wilberry Wonder Pony Cancer Charity" - Hannah Francis founded this charity to grant horsey wishes to seriously ill people and their families and to support research into Oesteosarcoma, the cancer that Hannah sadly passed away from in August 2016 aged just 18. She was a rising star in the eventing world.
The "challenge" is to complete a BE80 One Day Event in the Autumn of 2017 - (for those of you not an obsessed horse nut, it's Dressage, Showjumping and Cross Country all in one day!)
People, believe me, this is going to hurt! For me, prior to signing up for this challenge, I had achieved my goal, which was to be physically able to ride again - Following my treatment for Breast Cancer 2 years ago, the side effects were such that riding again was looking unlikely. So, this is my opportunity to raise money so that people like me can have their horsey wishes granted and help fulfil Hannah's dream for her charity...
