WE DID IT! Left Woking 7:30 arrived Hook 11:30 Thursday 3rd December - some of us in better shape than others...

I want to raise some money for Woking Hospice - my Dad died last year in the hospice and it is hard to imagine what it would have been like if this hadn't been an option. The Hospice has had to suspend day care due to lack of funds and could be in a position where they have to suspend other services if their emergency appeal doesn't raise enough money - unthinkable!
On 27th November 5 of us are cycling to work from Woking to Hook along the Basingstoke Canal towpath to raise money for the hospice - over 25 miles (it hurts already). Thank you to John Adams, John Peto, Greg Lam and Tony Schofield who have all volunteered to join me.Please support us. I hope to arrive in Hook between 10am and 11am (we are leaving Woking as soon as it's light).
