Hi Everyone, I'm Kathy.

Breast Cancer Campaign is a very important Charity for me. Many of us know people or families who've been affected by Breast Cancer. I have experienced it both with my Mother and sister so i decided to actively fundraise for the charity and i've been doing so since 1992.

Fundraising can be something very fun to do and a chance to enjoy an event with your friends whilst rasing money for a worthy cause. Last year i took part in the 'Pedal it Pink' event which is a Marathon bike ride around Holme Pierrepont. As a Fitness Teacher at Loughborough Leisure Centre, I organised for 30 of my class members to join me and together we raised £2500. Not bad for a couple of hours cycling!

I'll be at 'Pedal it Pink' again this year with even more class members, all taking time out of their lives to raise money for such a worthwhile charity. This will form part of a number of events that i'll take part in or organise this year to raise money. I'm hoping that this year we can achieve an amount of £3000 for our cycling efforts and i would be grateful to anyone who would like to donate towards this amount.
