<p>Hi guys,</p> <p>On the 10th of July, I'll take part in the Henley Swim Challenge, my first race in nearly 20 years! So I'm starting small, with a&nbsp;2km swim up river,&nbsp;and looking forward to experience the "washing machine" at the start....: )</p> <p>I'm raising money for&nbsp;a local charity <span>OSARCC, the Oxford Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre.
