Story
Hi guys,
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Once again I will be attempting to run for the best charity in the world - Tibet Relief Fund - in fancy dress.
This Sunday, 6th December, I'll be up at the crack of dawn running around Greenwich Park in London, dressed as Father Christmas. Along with about 1,000 other Santas.
I know pretty much everyone sponsored me this summer to run the London 10k dressed as a yak, for which I am eternally grateful; but there's pretty much no limit to the amount of cash Tibet Relief Fund would be able to spend on urgently needed healthcare, education and development projects for Tibetans in India, Nepal and Tibet - and no limit to the lengths I'll go to, or the costumes I'll run around in, to help them reach more people in need.
So if you sponsored me last time but are very rich/ have just won the lottery/ unbelievably generous; or if you didn't sponsor me before and are feeling guilty; or if you just want to help raise some desperately needed funds for Tibetan children, young people, elderly and suffering who could really use a helping hand - then please feel free to sponsor me here.
After all - it is Christmas.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to Tibet Relief Fund - and if you're a UK taxpayer you can automatically give an extra 25% of your donation - FREE!
Even a couple of quid would be great.
And if you're not doing anything on Sunday, either come and take part yourself (TRF still have a couple of places left - give me a bell and I'll get you registered) - or come and cheer me on - I'll be the one in the red suit. Hohoho. Or just feed me mince pies and beer afterwards.
Thank you, love you xxx
