Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. Mind won’t stop until every one of those people gets the support and respect they deserve.

To support this amazing charity I am taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge in June this year. This is a 24 mile trek, which is tough enough, but it includes 5,200ft of ascent! Along with my colleagues from Stonegate Pubs, I am going to attempt to complete this challenge in under 12 hours.
