Hi guys,

Last year i was asked if i'd consider running the wilmslow half marathon for a good cause, that cause happens to be a charity called spinal research. This charity puts it's funding directly into research fighting paralysis and improving the lives of those it affects, but it does not have the public awareness that it deserves. After meeting a friends father who suffers from paralysis and is directly involved in increasing the public image of the charity it was obvious how important this cause is and how much support it deserves. 

Any donations would be greatly appreciated, or even just spread of the word to create awareness about this life changing charity.
