I'm joining my work colleagues to cycle approx 140 miles from Whitehaven on the west coast to Sunderland on the east.  We will be doing this over 3 days for our works chosen charity MNDA. This will be the most I have ever cycled and I have even bought a new bike for the occasion - my first new bike since the blue racer my Grandad bought for my 11th birthday !
