I've wanted to join Capgemini on the Palace to Palace bike ride for Prince's Trust, a charity I first came into contact with over 20 years ago when I was working in a drugs rehabilitation centre and Prince's Trust provided funding support to create a drop in space for addicts, for several years.

Owing to various things - my cousin's wedding, my wedding, a work stint in Canada, shoulder surgery ... this is the first year that I've been able to take part and I'm very excited. 

This will be my first wedding anniversary, so huge thanks to my husband, for understanding how much I want to do this.
