As many of you know I'm particularly allergic to exercise, however I am taking part in Palace to Palace London on 5th October 2014. I'll be cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, all in aid of The Prince's Trust. It's 45 miles and I've already invested in the padded shorts!  Through the sponsorship I raise I know that I will be helping The Prince’s Trust support disadvantaged young people in the UK. If anyone can spare even the smallest amount it would be so appreciated for such a great cause, Thank you.
