<p>Thanks for having a look at my page.</p> <p>At the moment i an having some time at The Bobath Centre in Cardiff to help me with my stiff arm and leg. All the therapists are really nice and to pay them back, I am doing a welly walk on Sunday October 9th in Roath Park.
