<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">I'm walking the 62 miles of the Bishops Castle Ring in Shropshire to raise money for Self Help Africa from 12th - 15th August. The harrowing pictures of famine in East Africa show again how close to the edge of survival that millions of people live. But it doesn't have to be that way. Self Help Africa work with a million families in rural Africa helping them to grow enough food to thrive and survive.
