Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm walking the 62 miles of the Bishops Castle Ring in Shropshire to raise money for Self Help Africa from 12th - 15th August.  The harrowing pictures of famine in East Africa show again how close to the edge of survival that millions of people live.    But it doesn't have to be that way.   Self Help Africa work with a million families in rural Africa helping them to grow enough food to thrive and survive.  See http://www.selfhelpafrica.org/selfhelp/Main/videochannel7-UK.htm for one minute on how they make an impact.

When I worked for Self Help I saw first hand the impact of their work -  enabling people to completely turn their lives around.  Please give if you can. Every pound makes a difference.
