I ran my first 10k run on Sunday 13th December in 68 minutes which I am very chuffed about especially as back in July I wouldn't even of thought about running round the corner let alone running this far!  So that I could improve my motivation to run so far on what was a cold December day I decided to raise money for Headway. 

Headway is the UK's leading brain injury charity and relies on voluntary donations to continue to provide vital services to brain injury survivors and their families.
