So I seem to have signed up to the Great North Run...I know, me, run a half marathon!?

Well, I've been inspired by an incredible team, who over the years have taken part (and always conquered) huge challenges (the Everest Marathon and Nice Iron Man to name but a few!), in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. I am joining them in September this year - albeit, for one of the tamer events - to raise funds for the Trust, helping them to continue their research in the hope that in the not too distant future, a cure will be found.
