Now my bit...

My father-in-law had prostate cancer. Macmillan have helped with numerous things already like helping with money matters, getting specialist equiptment to help with day-to-day tasks, helping with medication and, most importantly of all, emotional support for both him and my mother-in-law (and us if we want it too). I'm not a runner so don't do marathons! But I do love to walk so this is the perfect way to combine a pleasure of mine with raising as much money as possible for a truely worthwhile cause too. Please give as much as you comfortably can and don't forget to check the gift aid option if you pay tax on your wages to make it go that little bit further!!!
