<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">On 16th Sept 2011 I <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>climbed the 3 highest peaks in Scotland,(Ben Nevis 1,344 m), England (Scarfell Pike 978 m) and Wales (Mount Snowdon 1,085 m)..... in 24 hours!</span></p>

<p>For those who know me well, the reason I have chosen Avert HIV charity is self evident; for those who are less familiar, a member of my family died of HIV/AIDS.</p>
<p>This was a challenging and troubling time for all involved. It means a great deal to be able to contribute to a charity who have taken a positive and empowering approach to reduce distress and improve the health of those affected by HIV and their families.</p>
