We've decided to pedal 130 miles along the canal from Liverpool to Leeds in just 2 days.

Some of you may think, that's not difficult as it's flat. However, no hills up means no hills down, therefore no free wheeling. Constant pedalling for 130 miles... ouch!!

This will be Kaye's biggest bike ride challenge ever!! Bob pedalled the C2C over 3 days last year, but since then has not done much pedalling at all. So this is definitely going to be quite a challenge for us both.

Any donations to our chosen charity 'Cancer Research UK' would be greatly appreciated and will really help to keep us motivated.
