<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #333333;">Last summer I lost a dear friend and colleague to leukaemia......and a lovely 10 year old child lost her Mum.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #333333;">Sandra was someone just like me... until cancer suddenly cut her life short.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #333333;">I am running the London Marathon for Ruby ... in memory of her mum Sandra.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #333333;">Ruby and her family have chosen the charity "Fight Against Cancer Edinburgh" (FACE) a charity based in the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh which raises money to improve the facilities for the benefit of patients there.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #333333;">The charity helped Sandra in hospital and supported the family.</span></p>
