My name is Keeley Connor and I am seventeen years old and currently caring for my mother who has COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). COPD is a progressive disease that makes it hard to breathe. Not many people are aware of the British lung foundation and do not know how much this campaign can help an individual with a lung condition such as lung cancer or Tuberculosis so this is the reason why i have set up this page. I have also set up this page personally as my mum inspired me to start fund raising as she suffers herself. By donating as little as a pound you can help the 1 in 5 people who suffer from a lung condition.

 

When you donate, every single penny goes towards different types of treatment such as Non-invasive ventilation which is to get oxygen into the lungs via a face mask, Nebulisers which is a powerful drug delivery system to get medication into the lungs effectively as well as research projects- aiming to improve the diagnosis or treatment of lung conditions.
