Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As you may know I ran the Chester Marathon last year for an inspirational Angel Jaiden Worrell. Jaiden opened my eyes to the beast that is know as Neuroblastoma.
Thank you to each and everyone of you that sponsored me.
Unfortunatly a friends relative has also been diadnosed with this horrific disease. Joseph Lilleywhite.
Joseph is a 6 years old boy and was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in January of this year. Neuroblastoma is an extremely aggressive form of childhood cancer. As it is so rare, very little trials and research into the condition has been done in the UK. Up to press the NHS are doing everything they can for Joseph and fingers crossed we are seeing some positive signs towards recovery. Neuroblastoma though unfortunately has a high percentage of relapse which is why we need your backing and sponsorship. We are trying to raise £500,000 to seek help abroad if this scenerio became a reality. If Joseph was to make a full recovery and not require the funding, all monies raise will go to The Neuroblastoma Childrens Alliance to help with research and treatment for other families devistated by this horrendous illness.I understand money is tight these times and all charities are important but if you would continue to support this worthy cause I would be so greatful.
