This time last year I couldn’t run for 30 seconds . In March I will be running for over 2 hours to raise money for bowel cancer. 

Whilst running , the three amigos , myself, Jane and Rachel , will be thinking about Rachel’s Dad , who died of Bowel cancer and will be running in his memory.

Any money donated to help fight this awful disease would be awesome.
