<p>Nick and I have decided to enter ourselves into the Bristol 10k run&nbsp;on the 15th May 2011. Being nautically-minded people we've chosen the RNLI as our charity as they save thousands of people every year from the perils of the sea. Hopefully this should also build on our training to enter the Great North Run in September.</p> <p>So why not help us by donating to the RNLI?
