Story

Remember the Vets Coast to Coast cycle ride last year? Well this year they are heading for France and with an expanded team to take on a bigger challenge. Keith Baldwin, John Sewell, Dennis Kenny and Ian Lilley from last year's team plus Penny Sewell, Bob and Sue Hurles and Peter and Clare Jennings will be riding from Montbard to Avallon in Burgundy - a total of about 170 miles.

The purpose is to support the Club's fundraising efforts towards the Clubhouse building project (there is no truth in the rumour that the team liked the idea of cycling through magnificent scenery and sampling the wine), it is just to raise funds. Please sponsor us and help to make the Club's big project happen.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to Twickenham Rowing Club and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer (the Club is a registered Community Amateur Sports Club or CASC and so is eligible to receive Gift Aid). So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the club.

So please dig deep and donate now.
