As with every adventure it started with an idea (and a pint or two) that snowballed into a challenge which in turn, turned into a good cause. Putting ourselves through the physical challenge to raise funds for the Macmillan Nurses who support those who face the challenge of fighting cancer.

From the source of the River Thames the adventure will begin . Unsupported, our group of 8 novices will set off from the source and make our way down 100miles of the Thames in canoes carrying only what is essential for the 4 days on the water to London.

With weirs, swans and 13 hours a day in the canoe to contend with we've got our work cut out! Any donation you can make to support this great cause will be much appreciated and help motivate us through the aches and pain!
