My story

In lieu of flowers, it is with great pleasure that we - Keith's family - would like to raise funds in his memory for the Prostate UK charity. Keith's cancer was diagnosed very late and he was unable to receive any treatment that ultimately would have saved him. Prostate UK is the only national charity dealing with all forms of prostate disease, benign and malignant (cancer). One in two men will suffer from a prostate disease at some stage in their lives. The charity seek to limit the damage this causes by raising awareness, providing information, funding research and training medical professionals. They do this without any government funding.

Did you know that Prostate Cancer is the most common form of cancer to affect men in the UK ? Over 35,000 men are diagnosed with the disease in the UK each year. 10,000 men die of prostate cancer each year – the equivalent of one man every hour. Prostate UK ’s mission is to stop prostate diseases ruining lives.
