In lieu of flowers, it is with great pleasure that we - Keith's family - would like to raise funds in his memory for the St Francis Hospice in Berkhamsted. http://www.stfrancis.org.uk/. 
Keith spent his last 5 days at the hospice where the nursing staff provided wonderful palliative care to ensure that he was comfortable and pain free. The staff at St Francis also care for the whole family offering practical, emotional and spiritual support. The hospice relies almost entirely on fundraising to maintain its services so we would like to try and give back to help ensure they can continue their work to help others receive the care they deserve at the end of their life. 

Keith was so pleased to be at St Francis that we would like to raise as much as we can.
