Thank you to everyone who sponsored me for my cycle ride in aid of Wooden Spoon (www.woodenspoon.com).  We completed an epic journey from Bath, through the Black Mountains of Wales and then finally back into Shropshire and although my body protested severely at various stages the views were worth every bit of pain and the company wasn't bad either - thanks Dad and Paul who made the journey with me.

We stopped in at the Longmynd Adventure Camp on our journey and it was great to see where the money you've all helped us raise is going - it really is a great cause and there will be many disadvantaged children who will get to have some great adventures at the camp.
