I will be running in the Reading Half Marathon on Saturday 21st March 2010 in aid of 'Against Breast Cancer'.

 

Bearing in mind I haven't been in shape since I  was 18 years old, this should be quite a challenge.

 

However I would like to encourage you to please sponsor me as this is a VERY worthwhile cause.

 

And let's try to keep the abuse to a minimum please :-)
