Half Marathon · 15 April 2012

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Those of you that know me well probably visualise me more easily with a beer in one hand, and a chippy in the other, rather than sporting a pair of trainers and sweat band. This is going to be a quite a challenge.

I'm raising money for The Stroke Organisation. This is a cause which is important to me after having a mini stroke myself in March 2011. So if you can spare a few quid, please do make a donation so that when I'm doing training runs in the freezing February rain I don't feel like stopping for a rest and a biscuit.

Thanks loads

Keith
