<p>With as much training as running for a train now and then, I was persuaded to enter into the Barnardo's - J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A few trial runs/walks later and I attempted the first 5K I think I've ever run, unless cross country at school was that long.
