This April I will be putting my beer glass down and my cycling shorts on!!

Me and my colleagues are getting our cycle on for 'Build Africa' who help to build schools and provide adequate teaching facilities to several communities throughout Africa. We are supporting the building of a school in Minyalala, Machakos, Kenya!

We will start our cyclethon in Bruges, Belgium and follow the North Sea route into the Netherlands finishing the 220km cycle in Amsterdam.

I need your help to raise money for the charity Build Africa. So if you could kindly support me by sponsoring me ten,twenty,fifty quid or whatever you can scrape from the bottom of you jeans it would be awesome.
