In January 2012 I will be undertaking a sponsored climb of Mt Aconcagua 6995m. It is on the Chile/Argentina border and is the highest peak in the Americas.

During 2012 Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation Trusthope to raise funds for equipment and other resources to help people who use their services improve their physical health, for example, outdoor and indoor gym equipment. The Trust wants to make sure their inpatients have the opportunity to get some fresh air and exercise in a stimulating envrionment.

For me, Life without a challenge is not a life at all. Helping to get a new gym facility at the Becklin centre will allow many of our service users to begin their own journey of positive purpose and increased self esteem. This makes me feel good too!
