I set a target of raising £1,500 and you donated over £3.500!! This has greatly helped this local charity but now is the time for a new challenge!

This year I have set a target of £2,500. Let's see how much we can exceed this by!

Macmillan needs your help

Macmillan Cacring Locally have just opened their unique hotel (The Grove) which offers a retreat for cancer patients and those with life threatening diseases. To help support the continued funding of this facility they need your donations and I am going to do all I can to earn your support.

The two part challenge

My two part checllenge consists of one part physical challenge and one part emotional.

Part 1 (emotional challenge)

At the end of September 2011, I will be flying to Nepal for one month to care or and teach children from the ages of 3 to 13 in an orphange in a remote village in the jungles of Nepal. Nepal is one of the poorest coutries in the world and any sort of schooling or care for these children completely relies on the help of volunteers.

I am funding my own trip and am donating al most all of my annual leave entitlement for this year to helping these kids. All I ask of you is that you support me my helping our local charity "Macmillan Caring Locally".

Part 2 (physical challenge)

In April 2012, I will be runnning the London Marathon! As to the costume UI will be wearing............ you decide!

Soon I will launching a poll where you can vote on what you want me to wear (with in the realms of common decency!). I will then set a scale of targets that would need to be achieved for me to wear that particular costume!!

How to donate

1) Donate online now - Just click the "Donate now" and have your Debit Card at the ready.

2) Send me cash or cheques (made payable to Macmillan Caring Locally)

3) TEXT - WILK75 £5 to 70070

For more information please email at keith.wilkinson@live.co.uk

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
