After doing the Race for Life a few times, I decided this year would be different and I'd do the Pretty Muddy Challenge. Having family members and friends who have all been affected in some way or another by this terrible disease, I would like to raise as much as I can to help with the research into defeating cancer.

I'm used to standing in muddy fields cheering on my son's football team but actually attempting an obstacle course and getting full of mud not so much - so dig deep guys and come and cheer me on/laugh at me!

I did it - run/walk/slide/crawled through the mud was great fun! Thanks to all who sponsored me, cheered me on/laughed at me. Was great day!
