We are fundraising on behalf of the North West Ventilation
Unit. This is a specialist long term ventilation service caring for people with chronic respiratory failure due to a variety of increasingly complex conditions who are in need of breathing support by mask (non invasive ventilation) and more complex support through tracheostomy (invasive ventilation). 

We offer inpatient, outpatient and outreach into the community for patients requiring ventilatory support. The aim is to purchase equipment that will further enhance the patient experience within the Service which will include communication aids for patients who are no longer able to communicate due to conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease.
