On the 20th of March 2010 (weather permitting) I will be participating in a tandem sky dive at Langar airfield in aid of Beaumont House Community Hospice, Newark.

 

Beaumond House is a registered charity which has been committed to providing supportive palliative care to patients and their families living in Newark and District, since 1987. There are 4 beds for respite care, 11 day care places each week day as well as providing care in the community.

Annual Running costs of Beaumond House is £600,000 with around 30% provided by the NHS, they are heavily dependent on the generosity of the local community

 

Beaumond House Community Hospice provides supportive palliative care to patients and their families. This includes:
Short term Respite Care
Day Care
Nursing Care in the community
Equipment loans
Support and Advice
Complementary Therapy

All at no cost to the patients!!!
