Kendra's RED January, for Mind

One day in December, a very good friend pointed out this fundraising initiative called RED January - running every day of the month to raise money for Mind. Despite not being predisposed to physical activity, I replied that it was probably about time I did something of the sort.
Physical health and mental health are strongly linked, with regular exercise shown to reduce anxiety, stress and chance of depression, as well as increasing self esteem and clear thinking. So, what better way to support Mind, a charity that does sterling work to support people struggling with mental health up and down the country?
I am starting the new year as I mean to go on - happy and healthy, and doing what I can to make others happy and healthy too.
